The Story of My Life - Paint with me

We invite you to the creativity-unlocking workshop "My Life Story".

Estonian Community Center Week "Our People" presents a creativity opening workshop at Laimjala Community Center.

We paint our own Life Story on canvas – each of us our own Story. Feeling, perceiving, choosing the colors of our Life, leaving no traces, depicting nothing, reflecting and remaining at our own end of observation. This is born from deep inner observation within ourselves – in meditative movement, painting with our feet to the beat of quiet music and later bringing a brush into the space if necessary. In the case of this “dance painting”, it is a kind of power act and painting in this way is a bit like traditional culture – in which deeper patterns are hidden.

The workshop will be conducted by new community member Kairi Carine Saarts.

"For many years, we dreamed of living in Saarland with my husband Tarmo and our children, or at least of being summer residents of the island. This spring, after many years of searching, we found a lovely and charming place in Ruhve - Meremaa, which made our hearts beat with joy and we realized that this is our lovely summer home."

Here we are now and we also feel like part of the wonderful Laimjala community. We have been very warmly welcomed and we are grateful for that!

The instructor's passion for art and coaching merges in painting. With a diverse background in environmental chemistry, management, and art, he has dedicated his life to art and unlocking the full potential of individuals.

His journey has taken him from prestigious universities in Estonia and Germany to leadership roles in the international business world, and more recently to the transformative practice of coaching and art.

Whether in the fields of leadership, coaching, or art, his goal is to provide healing and soul-speakin' experiences that empower people to be the best version of themselves.

She has received her artistic training at Aristides Atelie, Aapo Puk Art School, EKA Open Academy and under Marje Berlokko.
