“BETWEEN EARTH AND HEAVEN. I dare... to live!” continues where the previous story “My Germany. A Quilt of Colours” (Petrone Print, 2016) left off. This book focuses on the personal story of a now more mature woman – what happened next? It is about seeking and finding balance in oneself and in relationships, and whether it is always possible to find solutions that suit everyone. About coming back to Estonia and how easy or difficult it is after living abroad for several years. About moving to Võru County (to live in the countryside!), about finding one’s roots and identity, about community life, liberal education, sustainable society, new spirituality and its dark side... About the Mysterious Primitive Woman, tantra and human relationships. At the same time, the (love) story with Germany continues. Is it and how is it possible to live a family life and maintain a relationship from a distance of 2,000 km? Pictures from the life of an Estonian woman and stories that open up to the reader: they can be compared to a tightrope walk, where so often – teetering between Earth and Heaven – only one step can be foreseen and the only thing that (can) be done is to keep your balance so as not to fall into the abyss.

The book opens a deeper dimension to the documentary film "My Dearest Ones" (directed by Eva Kübar, produced by Andres Maimik), which will premiere on March 13, 2025 at the Coca-Cola Plaza in Tallinn, in which the author is one of the main characters.
